All our fine jewelry is produced in USA.  You might agree with us that each piece of jewelry is different and requires lots of personalization as per customer’s requirement. All this means Depending up on item , it is shipped within 1-10 business days after ordering. The time duration may be prolonged in case of special items such as platinum jewelry, necklaces, jewelry with larger diamonds, emerald jewelry, 18K gold jewelry and rings, etc. If you want your products soon, then we suggest premium shipping, which may minimize time in transit.

Need your jewelry urgently? At we provide a solution with Overnight Shipping at an additional shipping charge. This may help to reduce transit time, but many items are made to order, which may take big processing time and shipping may prolong accordingly.



         Adult signature is required during delivery of any package. For security purposes, signature of the credit card holder is required on high value shipments. Additionally at the time of delivery, we may ask for a photo ID and/or a physical credit card.



         If you are busy and unable to accept shipment during working hours we do ship it to "Hold at Location". This is very convenient for our customer as they do not have to wait for delivery person to come. But we can send package to be held at FedEx location or USPS post office location, which can be most convenient to you.



In this case, you need to collect the delivery from FEDEX.COM office, which usually works long hours or Post office location working longer and some are open on Saturday, too. Usually with these options, packages are ready early morning, which means you can collect them before rushing to workplace. We operate across large network of service areas offered by FEDEX, USPS, and UPS - this means you can easily find locations closest to your work, or home.



         If you request that your shipment be dispatched to an address different than billing address, then we suggest you first change it with your credit card company.          If you’re planning to place an order from  United States ,Canada, UK,  Australia , India  you can place order directly on our site. All our products are manufacture In USA. In most country like Canada , UK and Australia there may be no additional customs duty. Customer are responsible for any local taxes Like VAT etc. Also before orderring we request all customers to check with there goverenment regarding applicable taxeses for importing Jewelry from USA.

Also If customers from India/ other countries  place order and make payment by Wire transfer or BITCOIN we will ship the items to any international address.          We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii and it takes the same time as other locations. 





* We do ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO and other locations. 


Due to security concerns and restrictions, we cannot use any other courier than USPS. So, all Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO are sent via USPS only and may take additional time. 



As, USPS do not accept any next day packages for APO and FPO,  so we’ll request our customers from placing such orders or paying any extra cash for next day service.
